Kebaikan Omega 3.Anda mungkin sering mendengar tentang Omega 3, tetapi apakah yang dikatakan Omega 3 itu?

Omega 3 adalah salah satu jenis lemak tak tepu yang sangat baik dan juga amat diperlukan oleh tubuh. Namun, khasiat Omega 3 hanya boleh diperoleh daripada pengambilan makanan sama ada supplement mahupun sumber makanan seperti ikan tuna, ikan salmon, makarel, ikan sardine, ikan tenggiri, kacang soya, bayam dan sebagainya.

1. Mengurangkan risiko insiden serangan jantung anda.
